Ball

Ball was the founder of Cabaret Voltaire and one of the most active entertainers who recites verses without words. He was completely covered in a strange rigid cloak and an extravagant metal cylinder shaped hat that made him look like a mannequin or an automaton. He is still famous for his appearance: one evening he dressed in  a multi-coloured, cylinder-shaped cubist suit made of cardboard and he declaimed a “resonant poem” based on meaningless words ” blassa galassasa tuffin i zimbrabim…”
